Caution: Administration of STRENSIQ may interfere in certain assays and may falsely elevate values. For patients receiving STRENSIQ, consideration should be given to using alternate methods.

Collection Container/Tube:

Preferred: Red top

Acceptable: Serum gel

Submission Container/Tube: Plastic vial

Specimen Volume: 2.8 mL Serum

Collections Instructions:

1. Allow blood to clot at room temperature.

2. Centrifuge and aliquot 2.8 mL of serum into a plastic vial.

3. Send refrigerate.
